Faith Senam

Faith Senam Ocloo is a Fashion Public Relations Specialist. She is also the founder of E’april Public Relations, a boutique PR firm which develops and executes PR and brand strategies for emerging and established brands within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry.

Upon realizing the potential of the fashion industry in Ghana and the role PR can play, her aim over the years has been to work with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands; assisting them with PR and media strategies in order to build and communicate their brand values and grow successful brands.

Since 2012, Faith has been engaging fashion entrepreneurs and events to handle their PR services for them. Currently, she handles PR for brands and events such as Totally Ethnik, Accra Men’s Fashion Week and Evangel Christian Magazine as well as startups and small businesses on consultation basis. She has also supported several fashion events with PR and social media campaign strategies.

In 2014, Faith joined Global Media Alliance (GMA); one of the leading PR and Events Company in Ghana as an account manager for Unilever Ghana and then later for Diamond Cement. She also had the opportunity to work on several other projects for clients while working with GMA.

She is also the founder of Daily PR Africa; public relations portal dedicated to providing PR professionals, students and communicators with relevant PR information, news and events update within Africa by Africans. It is to serve as a go to resource for all things PR and communications in Africa.

Faith is a fashion PR blogger at Fashion Public Relations. She is also a weekly columnist for the Business and Financial Times Newspaper where she writes on diverse topics affecting the fashion industry in Ghana which includes featuring designers and events.

She is a regular host of #PRChatAfrica, a Twitter Chat comprising young group of PR and communication professionals from across the world with a common love for Africa, Public Relations and branding strategies.

Faith is a graduate of the African University College of Communications (AUCC) and an affiliate member of Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana.

  1. It is an incontrovertibly great initiative,the Women in PR GHANA. Í had the opportunity to attend your Maiden program at World Trade Centre from Aburi, Eastern region.

    I am the First Lady PRO in my University and my observation is that ladies have the capacity but are not triggered to step up to practice it.. For this reason I wish to organise a Women in PR conference on our campus to motivate them, and to empower them. Hence your motive for organizing and establishing Women in PR GHANA.
